(Dr.) Gospel Frempong Osei-Tutu, PhD, is the founder and General Overseer of Winning Grace International Church with branches in Ghana, USA and Hamburg-Germany. He is also the president of GOSPELOT Ministries Incorporated, a non-profit organization specializing in strategic growth in diverse areas such as: personal life  development, social skills, leadership development, conflict management and much more through bible-based teachings, counseling and mentoring.

He holds BA degree in Pastoral Ministry, Master of Divinity, and Doctorate in Biblical studies and Counseling. Bishop is also a Licensed Clinical Christian Counselor with the National Christian Counselors Association in Sarasota, Florida.

A God-fearing man, whose integrity is impeccable and patient with all, Bishop Osei-Tutu preaches and teaches the whole counsel of God with emphases on the 4-Major S’s: Salvation, Sanctification, Service and Success. Convinced of the fact that the word of God is God’s solution to man’s problems and God’s answers to man’s questions, his messages are bible based: the principles he teaches are biblical principles and therefore they are applicable in every situation.

Bishop Osei-Tutu is a native of Ghana, and married to Rev. Mrs. Sarah Osei-Tutu and blessed with four wonderful children dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God.
